New Floats Revealed for Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade

In a surprise announcement today, Disney revealed new updates coming to Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade that is part of the Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom. We previously learned that a brand new fireworks show would be coming to the event hosted by Jack Skellington and will take advantage of all the cutting-edge technology installed for Happily Ever After. Attraction overlays are coming back this year at Pirates of the Caribbean, Mad Tea Party and Space Mountain along with an updated trick-or-treat trail at Monster's, Inc. Laugh Floor. But these new floats and updates to the parade are certainly unexpected.

The parade opens with a flurry of favorite Disney friends, including Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in all-new Halloween costumes, as they trick-or-treat down Main Street, U.S.A. Representing Liberty Square, the Haunted Mansion unit features Hitchhiking Ghosts and a new addition, the spectral Bride, who glides among the waltzing spirits.
A new Tomorrowland unit brings The Incredibles and designer extraordinaire Edna Mode to “Mickey’s Boo to You Halloween Parade,” followed by Buzz Lightyear and Alien explorers discovering crystalline treasures on the surface of a planetary playset float.

This announcement does confirm that Wreck-It Ralph and Vanellope von Schweetz will be returning to the parade along with the iconic floats that feature Jack Sparrow and his troupe of pirates, Clarabelle Cow and everyone's favorite Villains for the grand finale. Mickey's Boo-To-You Parade will take place twice a night during the Halloween party only. Performance times have not been announced yet, but for those who want a reserved viewing area for the parade, you can enjoy Cruella's Hideaway at Tony's Town Square Restaurant. Tickets are now on sale for the Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and can be purchased here.
