I know that like me, many of you Star Wars fans can't wait to strap into the Millennium Falcon and take a stab at flying the fastest piece of junk in the galaxy. But one aspect of the new land coming to Hollywood Studios I've been curious about is food. How will Disney bring the Star Wars universe to life by means of culinary dishes? Well today we have a first real look at the food and beverages that will be available at Galaxy's Edge, slated to open at Disney's Hollywood Studios later this year.
Oga's Cantina

This will be the land's featured bar and the menu at both California's version and Florida's version will be the same. It will not be a replica of the famous cantina in the original Star Wars: A New Hope film. Instead this will be a whole new watering hole run by an alien proprietor, Oga Garra. And for those familiar with the original Star Tours attraction, Captain Rex has been repurposed and will serve as the bar's DJ. Here's an updated look at the full menu for Oga's Cantina:

Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo

This appears to be the land's main quick service restaurant. This will be housed inside a multi-purpose transport docked atop a large hangar. If you've seen the Galaxy's Edge model at Disney's Hollywood Studios, this is that large spaceship that sits high atop a tower. Think of this as a space diner. The restaurant's owner, Chef Strono “Cookie” Tuggs, previously worked as a chef for for Maz Kanata on Takodana. Since the events that took place in The Force Awakens, when Maz's castle was destroyed by the First Order, Tuggs has been traveling the galaxy collecting rare and exotic ingredients. He's now created this intergalactic, space food truck if you will, transforming his Sienar-Chall Utilipede-Transport into a unique dining location.

No matter what dining location you choose, there seems to be an incredible lineup of interesting food coming to Galaxy's Edge. This menu takes the unique offerings that debuted at Satu'li Canteen in Pandora to new heights. A far cry from the typical theme park food that was once offered at places like Disneyland in the 1950s and 60s. What dish are you most excited to try? I want to know what Jabba Juice is!
