It seems as though the start of 2019 is all about how to save money on your next Walt Disney World Vacation. Last week, Disney announced the return of the Florida Resident Discover Disney Tickets. These are fantastic for those living in the sunshine state who have opted to skip the commitment of an Annual Pass. Before purchasing an AP myself, I use to only travel to the parks in Disney World with special tickets like this. Mainly because you are allowed to use them over a longer stretch of time. This means you don't have to use the tickets on consecutive days. If you want to spread the Disney love between now and the start of summer, you can split the use of tickets over two different weekend getaways.
The Fl. Resident Discover Tickets are available as a 3-Day Ticket or a 4-Day Ticket. And you can use them anytime you want between now and June 30th, 2019. The tickets are at an excellent price of $175 plus tax and $195 plus tax respectively. On average, you're paying $50 and $60 a day with this promo. When you consider that a 1-Day ticket starts at $100, this is a great savings. On top of this being a great deal, there are NO BLOCKOUT DATES! Here's a better breakdown of pricing:
3-Day Discover Disney Ticket – $175 plus tax
3-Day Discover Disney Ticket with Park Hopper Option – $207.50 plus tax
3-Day Discover Disney Ticket with Park Hopper Plus Option – $232.50 plus tax
4-Day Discover Disney Ticket – $195 plus tax
4-Day Discover Disney Ticket with Park Hopper Option – $232.50 plus tax
4-Day Discover Disney Ticket with Park Hopper Plus Option – $257.50 plus tax
Remember that the Park Hopper Option obviously let's you hop from one theme park to the next as many times as you want on the days you use the ticket. This applies if you're hopping between Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom. The Park Hopper Plus Option also provides access to the water parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports and more.
