Carnevale Dining Event Returning to Maria & Enzo's at Disney Springs

Updated: Feb 26, 2019

Carnevale di Venezia is the famous event held in Venice, Italy every year that commences right before the start of Lent. This is where those decorative and stunning Venetian masks are on display throughout the city and worn by citizens. Well, Maria & Enzo's will be taking part in the longstanding Italian tradition with their own version of Carnevale right in the heart of Disney Springs.

February 22 through March 5, guests who visit Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante at Disney Springs will get a front-row seat to nightly live entertainment including singers, stilt walkers, jugglers, mimes, face painters and folk dancers, while indulging in the restaurant’s signature Italian cuisine. As the Italians say, “a Carnevale ogni scherzo vale!” (Anything goes at Carnevale!) Reservations are recommended to experience our version of Italy’s largest celebration of the year.

The event will also bring the Feast of Carnevale to the menu. Which will cost $45 per guest and feature a total of 6 courses; amuse bouche, ciabatta bread, grissini and ponte focaccia followed by the Pasta di Carnevale, which is a chef selection of pasta and served family style. Then you'll have your choice in one antipasti, one secondi and end with a bugie dessert.
